Our Christian Community is wonderfully varied. We come from different backgrounds and cultures, and we are enriched by this.
Some of our people have been worshipping here for many years, some for just a few weeks. The area of the city in which we are
set is always changing and this brings change and variety to our church. It also means new people quickly find a welcome and a
part in our church life.
As well as Mass and other times of worship we have many different activities in which we can take part - these include:
- A regular film / book club
- Social activities for students and their friends
- Oremus - our prayer group
- Our Walsingham Cell
- Regular days out for pilgrimage and prayer
- Regular social events for the whole church community
- Meals after Mass
Many people have found St Chrysostom's to be a place where friendships are made, and care given and received.

At the same time we also like to be spontaneous
- and have other activities and gatherings.
Sunday Mass is our main activity together. It unites and forms us into our Christian
Community. The time after Mass is a time to meet one another and share our news.
